1) Isaac Williams, Faith Family Academy

Mr. Efficient!  The Texas A&M CC commit easily put on the best show of the entire weekend shooting 100% and breaking a 38 year old record.

Williams started hot and never let off the gas shooting a perfect 14/14 (32 points) from the field to help his team win their 3rd straight state championship.  He also added 6 rebounds and 4 assists for good measure!

No matter how we casual fans feel about the program and/or what classification they should play in, this is an incredible feat!

2) DJ Hall, Plano East HS

This young man put the state and college programs on notice Saturday night.  In the Final game of the Texas basketball season this Junior post was clearly the best player on the floor. 18 points, 6 rebounds, and a Class 6A Most Valuable Player trophy to prove it.

4) Damien McDaniel, Hitchcock HS

Back to Back!  Mr. McDaniel knows the big stage and shows up when his team needs him the most.  The Senior guard spearheaded a comeback in the state game to propel the bulldogs to the title.  The UNLV football commit finished with 23 points, 9 rebounds, and 4 steals en route to his 2nd consecutive ring and MVP trophy.

5) Court Gaylor, Lipan HS

One of the youngest players at the state tournament this weekend but played like a veteran and showed up huge on the biggest stage.  The sharp shooter connected from downtown 5X to lead his Indians to another state title! Buckle up because this father/son, coach/player duo will be back on the court together for 3 more years.
